Air Fryer Recipes for National Wellness Month

General, Healthy Living, Nutrition

During National Wellness Month, we want your meals to be healthy while also being tasty! These recipes are pretty simple and require an air fryer, so if you don’t have one, you may need one. Air fryers have gained popularity the last few years and are an effective way to cook foods without using oil to help keep the fat content down. They are also safer to use since you don’t have to stand over a pan or skillet of scalding oil.
