Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

If you’re a cookie dough lover, this recipe is made for you! This recipe is vegan and gluten free, and it helps you satisfy your cookie dough cravings instantly.


1/2 cup cashew butter, or any other creamy nut or seed butter

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 cup blanched almond flour

1/2 cup gluten-free oats

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Strawberry Oatmeal (Gluten Free & Vegan)

Oatmeal is usually enjoyed for breakfast, but this recipe is so delicious, you’ll want it any time of the day.  


1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats

1 medium banana, mashed

1/2 cup nondairy milk

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/4 cup diced strawberries

1 tablespoon dark chocolate, chopped, or use mini chocolate chips

Baked Vegan Cheesecake

Cheesecake is a popular treat during this time of year, so why not enjoy a healthy edition of it? This recipe is full of cashews and coconut yogurt to create the perfect texture.


For the crust:

1 1/3 cups raw pecans

1 1/3 cups almond flour

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

For the filling:

1 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 4 hours to soften, drain and rinse before using

3/4 cup coconut cream

1 cup vegan coconut yogurt

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, from the juice of one large lemon

3 tablespoons arrowroot starch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder

For the strawberry topping (optional):

1 cup fresh strawberries, halved or quartered

2 tablespoons coconut sugar
