Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken and Green Beans Skillet
Not only is this recipe delicious, but you also only need one pan for it! Along with amazing tastes, this dinner is paleo, low carb and keto-friendly. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3–6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 pound green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons butter, divided (or ghee for paleo diet)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt and fresh cracked black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon and lemon slices for garnish
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon hot sauce (we used Sriracha)
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley

Garlic Butter Turkey Meatballs With Zucchini Noodles
Introducing another family favorite! Turkey meatballs are lighter than regular meatballs, so they are a great substitute for enjoying healthy and tasty dinners.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground turkey meat
1/2 pound ground pork meat
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
4 cloves garlic, grated plus 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red crushed chili pepper flakes, optional
1 crumbled bouillon cube, optional
Salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
1 cup fresh chopped cilantro (or parsley), divided
3 tablespoons butter
4 medium zucchini, spiralized
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon hot sauce of your choice
