4 cups unsweetened almond milk

6 egg yolks

2/3 cup raw honey

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus more for topping

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for topping

1 tablespoon whole cloves

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Easy Vegan Eggnog

3 cups dairy-free milk

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus more to taste

1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
