Recipes for a Lighter and Brighter Christmas

General, Healthy Living, Leg / Vein Health, Nutrition

The holidays are filled with Christmas trees, lights, garland, friends and family, but we also realize food may take center stage. Food cravings are strong this time of year with sweets spread about, and overindulging can happen. Whether you have healthy eating goals in place or want to start them, these healthy recipes will help keep your ambitions intact.

Keto Glazed Ham

Who says a Christmas ham can’t be healthy? This recipe is keto friendly but packed with flavor thanks to the sugar-free maple glaze. Be sure to have the recipe on hand when your guests ask for it!

1 ham

1/2 cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon maple extract

4 drops orange oil or 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
