Frankenstein Cookies

No need for artificial food dyes for the green coloring in this recipe. Frankenstein gets his color from matcha, and he’s dipped in dark chocolate to make this a low-sugar dessert.

2 cups blanched almond flour

1/4 cup maple syrup

3 tablespoons melted coconut oil

1 tablespoon matcha powder

1/4 teaspoon peppermint flavor
